Independent programmatic media consultancy, Open Programmatic, has hired 2 new directors after a “hugely successful first year.”
It’s recruited Sophie Bracegirdle as client success director and Toby Swire as partnership director.
Bracegirdle joins from Regital, where she was client services account director. In her new role, she’ll be focused on retention and growth across the company.
“Open’s approach offers a different proposition in an industry that hasn’t really seen much disruptive change. Fundamental to this are our values of integrity, clarity and transparency; which are the pillars that allow us to drive high performance and quality,” she said.
Swire meanwhile, previously built and led the regional business for RhythmOne in the UK. He’ll be responsible for identifying and developing solutions to work with companies and the challenges they face.
“In an age where smoke and mirrors have become the norm in a very noisy landscape, we offer clarity in the way that we can deliver programmatic media solutions to the market, with full commercial transparency and ownership of the technology being placed squarely in the hands of our partners,” added Swire.
Open Programmatic currently employs 5 consultants.
