Liverpool-based out of home media owner OPEN Media has launched its new 2022 strategy.
The new strategy, called People Place and Planet, will centre around three pillars of focus that will run through all aspects of the business.
The company, which also has an office in London, announced it will be employing five new hires this year across its sales, marketing and finance departments.
OPEN Media will implement a number of new initiatives for its employees such as integrating working from home, offering wellness days every month, providing a personal development fund and offering staff the opportunity to take time out during work hours to volunteer at a charity of their choice.
The new strategy will see the company investing £1.3m on additional digital sites, in addition to its existing ten sites, across Liverpool, Hull, Coventry, Aberdeen, Sheffield and Belfast in 2022 to offer clients a range of OOH options.
The company has also pledged to prioritise its journey to carbon neutrality through decarbonising and offsetting.
