OneMay takes on internal wellbeing campaign for FTSE 100-listed biotech

Liverpool-based agency OneMay has been appointed to deliver a campaign for global FTSE100-listed biotech giant Thermo Fisher.

Collaborating with the newly established Thermo Fisher Wellbeing Network at their Cramlington site, OneMay is driving a multi-channel campaign, centred around the idea that small changes can make a big difference, to improve employee wellbeing.

Lee Weaver, Co-Founder at OneMay, said: “Our goal was to guide the workforce from being unaware of the Thermo Fisher wellbeing initiative and broader mental health picture, to fully engaged and motivated to support it. We focused on creating an internal brand that the diverse workforce can relate to and identify with. We wanted to help employees understand the benefits and become advocates for cultural change within the organisation.”

Since launch, OneMay says that the campaign has received positive feedback across all levels of the company.
