O has completed a year-long redevelopment of its Old Brewery Court headquarters in Newcastle.
The agency acquired the 4,000sq ft space in February last year, ahead of a major refurbishment across all 3 floors of the building.
The ground floor, which was once 4 separate rooms now features an open-plan coffee bar reception, co-working area and a large meeting space that will also be used for workshops, seminars and networking events.
“We’ve seen a significant amount of growth in our client portfolio over recent years, expanding PR services into digital content and social media so we needed a bigger space to accommodate our growing team,” explained Kari Owers, Managing Director of O.
“We wanted to create an agency environment that would continue to inspire our staff to feel free to breakout from their desks and be creative, as well as encourage clients to come in and work from our hotdesk if they wish.”
The first floor of the building now hosts O’s client services department, a collaborative working zone and dedicated studio space for the creative content team.
