Precept has made two senior appointments after a series of client wins, including multibillion pound telecoms and tech firm, SoftBank.
The agency, which has offices in Newcastle and London, has recruited a new Office and Events Manager, Sam Booth, plus Project Manager, Emma Jago.
This takes its total headcount to 17, with further growth expected before the end of the year.
“The client services department is an area that has made a real difference to the structures and processes that need to be in place to enable the transition in scale that is happening as more and more businesses partner with Precept,” explained Precept’s Client Services Director, Claire Armstrong.
“We collaborate with small and medium sized enterprises right up to huge multi-nationals, so it’s important we have the correct resources, processes and procedures in place to ensure our high levels of customer service and our excellent client relationships continue to flourish as we grow.”
As well as Japan-based SoftBank, the company has also just won commercial estate agency, Warwick Estates.
“We are starting to see the fruits of some very hard and transformative work from the team here at Precept, with some fantastic businesses from the region, nationally and internationally coming on board. And we’ve put steps in place to ensure this dynamic trajectory is set to continue throughout 2019 and beyond,” added Precept Director James Ealey.
“Together with her office management skills Sam will be responsible for a busy programme of events over the coming months and Emma has already made a huge impact in delivering client services from both the client side and from an internal perspective.”
