Macclesfield-based digital design agency, Nexer Digital has partnered with inclusivity specialist Diverse & Equal as it celebrates its 15th year in business.
The agency, which had a record year in 2021, intends to work towards hiring people with experiences reflective of the audience using the products it creates for clients.
Its new partnership will complement Nexer’s ongoing work including support of the Responsible Tech Collective, which aims to improve ethics and inclusion in tech; and its workwith the recruitment and education partner Love Circular to develop UX design talent.
With Nexer, Diverse & Equal will deliver bootcamps covering the methods, attitudes and processes involved in working in the public sector. What’s more, the agency’s pratice leads will work with Diverse & Equal to establish an onboarding support framework.
