Mark Bailey has been promoted to managing director of Manchester agency, Cube3.
Bailey originally joined the company in 2003 as an account executive, before rising through the ranks.
It means founder and CEO, Karl Barker will take on more of a strategic role.
“2017 concluded some big changes for Cube3, which has hugely helped to shape our agency model for the future. The business is now primed for 2018 and I feel it is the right time to step away from the businesses direct operations in the not too distant future,” explained Barker.
“Mark has been with me virtually from day one and has been an integral part of the team. His passion, commitment and diligence in delivering excellence for our clients consistently has shone through and is the natural choice to have as Cube3’s next business leader.”
Bailey will focus on client delivery and operations, as well as working alongside Barker on developing the agency.
“Having the opportunity to lead Cube3 into its next chapter is a really proud moment for me. Hitting our 18th birthday was a real reflective moment for us and we took the time to appreciate and understand what makes us stand out as an agency,” he said.
“We want to focus on what makes us excellent and deliver outstanding work and service for our clients. At 18, we are comfortable in our position – we know what we are good at an we want to shout about it and continue working for great clients and ignite their growth – as well as ours.”
