Brand consultancy, Propaganda, has promoted Lee Bennett and Joseph Hughes to the board-level position of joint head of creative.
Bennett has been with Propaganda for more than a decade and has been design director.
Hughes, who has previously worked at the Leeds agency as a senior copywriter, has also had spells at McCann-Erickson and Euro RSCG.
Managing director Laura Kynaston said: “Lee and Joseph are both held in very high regard in the industry, and bringing these two forces together in this new role will provide significant benefits to our clients and our work.”
Bennett added: “This new joint role will help to keep Propaganda at the forefront of creativity and allow us to continue delivering work that works for our range of clients.
“I’ve been incredibly proud of the creative output from this department over the years, from Ann Summers and Tangle Teezer to Clipper Logistics and MagnaColours. Working alongside Joseph means we can approach new and existing clients with renewed vigour.”
Propaganda was founded more than two decades ago and is still owned by the management team. Clients include commercial gas provider CNG and Tangle Teezer.
