Altrincham-based agency RMS has appointed Jenny Maddock as head of digital.
Maddock has previously worked in digital marketing roles at the likes of Hit Search and ReachLocal, looking after clients including TJ Hughes, Scrivens Opticians and John Lennon Airport.
She is the first hire of Mike Kirwan, who was appointed MD in October when founder Ruth Shearn stepped aside after 26 years.
He said: “Jenny is an analytical and strategic thinker. As well as having vast experience of delivering successful campaigns for clients, she has an impressive track record for managing, mentoring and growing teams. This made her especially appealing as we continue to grow our presence in the digital arena.”
Maddock added: “I’m very excited about what lies ahead as we make greater inroads into the digital marketing arena and am really looking forward to playing a part in the agency’s future.”
