David Beck has been appointed into the role of executive chairman at Jaywing. A former managing partner at Bell Pottinger and CEO of Merit Group, Beck has a history of working in the investor relations and communications industry.
Separately, Jaywing, is has announced the expansion of Chris Hughes’ role, from chief finance officer (CFO) to now both CFO and chief operations officer (COO).
In the expanded role, Hughes will oversee the financial and operational aspects of the company, driving strategic growth initiatives and operational excellence.
Hughes joined Jaywing in August 2021 and was appointed group CFO in March 2022. He brings a wealth of experience to the dual leadership role having previously held a number of senior financial roles at Lowell Financial and PWC.
In his expanded role as CFO and COO at Jaywing, Hughes will leverage his diverse background and expertise to drive operational efficiency, enhance financial performance, and support the company’s growth trajectory across Jaywing’s UK Agency, AUS Agency and Risk Consultancy business areas. His strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in advancing Jaywing’s position as a leading player in integrated marketing and risk consulting.
