Specialist property marketing agency, Real Estate Marketing Media (REMM), has promoted Phill Etchells to associate director.
The Altrincham-based firm has also recruited a new team member, welcoming Lily Cassell in the role of Account Manager.
The new team structure will see Etchells take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the agency, supporting its clients on a variety of marketing and communications briefs.
Etchells has been with the agency since its inception in 2020. He boasts more than a decade of experience in the real estate industry, with roles ranging from head of sales to business development manager.
In his new role, Etchells will lead the seven-strong team which comprises marketing, PR, SEO and branding specialists.
He will also be responsible for business development and ensuring the highest standards of service for the agency’s current and prospective clients.
Cassell has also joined the team this month, following successful stints at Manchester agencies Zeal Creative and Social Chain.
In her new role, Cassell will be responsible for the day-to-day management of REMM’s client portfolio, as well as managing junior team members and supporting their development.
