New CTO among seven internal promotions at Tangent

Digital product agency, Tangent, has announced a series of promotions to recognise internal success.

The most senior among the cohort is Andy Eva-Dale, who has been promoted to chief technology officer. Eva-Dale has amassed over six years of service with Tangent, and has over 20 years of experience in the technology and digital product world at organisations including The London Stock Exchange, WPP, BAE Systems and Accenture.

As CTO, Eva-Dale will continue to steward the international team across eight countries and three continents whilst also leading the technological direction and strategy for Tangent and its clients, driving award-winning innovation across all technical domains.

Also promoted is Sian McLachlan, who has been elevated to head of project management. McLachan has clocked over 18 months with Tangent, stewarding clients like The Travel Corporation and The Ned, with over 15 years of wider experience at brands and agencies including AQKA, VCCP and ActionAid.

Across Tangent’s tech and engineering function, there are three promotions. Mike Sinnott has been promoted to head of back-end development., Modesto Rodriguez has been promoted to senior back-end developer and Agustin Garcia has been named as senior front-end developer.

Other promotions include Alice Cripps, who has been named as senior project manager and Darius Rosinas who has been elevated to management accountant.
