Channel 4 and Fable Pictures have revealed more details about the second series of Hullraisers.
The comedy, which is filmed in Hull and Leeds has been written by Caroline Moran and Anne-Marie O’Connor.
The new series will feature Tom Bennett (Trying, Brassic, After Life, Phone Shop) and Sam Swainsbury (Mum, Ruby Speaking) alongside original cast members including Leah Brotherhead, Sinead Matthews and Taj Atwal.

Alongside our award nominated trio of Leah Brotherhead, Sinead Matthews, and Taj Atwal, we welcome Tom Bennett and Sam Swainsbury, playing two brilliant new characters,” said Hannah Farrell and Faye Ward, the Executive Producers of Hullraisers.

The series was commissioned for Channel 4 by Charlie Perkins, Head of Comedy and Laura Riseam, Commissioning Editor.
The show is based on the Israeli hit show Little Mom which is exclusively distributed worldwide by Dori Media and was originally adapted for the UK by Lucy Beaumont.
