New brand chief and website refresh herald US expansion for Manchester’s Flowd

Manchester-based growth specialist Flowd is preparing for US expansion with the appointment of a new brand marketing manager and a website refresh.

Flowd, named as New Agency to Watch in 2023 and finalist for Large Independent Agency in 2024 at the Prolific North Champions Awards, has established itself in the UK and Europe and is now looking to take the next step in its ambitious growth plan.

New brand marketing manager Sam Plant, previously of MediaCityUK-based scaleups PassMeFast and ADI, will work directly with chief marketing officer Ashleigh Holmes to develop the Flowd brand as the company looks to develop its global presence.

Plant boasts six-years of digital marketing experience with key responsibilities including raising brand awareness, optimising brand collateral, and generating more inbound client partnerships.

He said: “Flowd’s desire to challenge the norm and shake up the industry aligns perfectly with my values. I can’t wait to continue building the Flowd brand and help the business reach even greater heights.”

The first step in developing the Flowd brand has been a website refresh. The new design reflects Flowd’s forward-thinking values and demonstrates the value they offer to B2B companies, featuring multiple video case studies with current clients.

CMO Holmes, said: “We’ve focused on creating a user-friendly site that highlights the benefits of our client-first approach. We want it to be clear that we become an extension of our clients’ teams to help them convert more sales.

Flowd is a multi-award winning, B2B sales prospecting specialist with clients in a variety of industries. Working out of offices in Manchester, Skopje, and soon New York, Flowd has a growing team of 34 employees and is looking to end 2024 with a team of 48.
