National Museums Liverpool, which includes Museum of Liverpool, the Walker Art Gallery, and the International Slavery Museum has partnered with PushON.
It’s been working with the Manchester agency to improve its digital analytics capabilities and inform future strategy for the museums.
That includes archiving legacy data from its old Universal Analytics system and providing Google Analytics 4 consultancy, support, training and setup.
“PushON’s expertise and quick response were crucial in helping us preserve important historical data while upgrading our analytics system,” said Gianna Gomes, Digital Product Lead at National Museums Liverpool.
“This partnership is about more than just saving data – it’s about using new technology to provide us with better insights to improve how we engage with our visitors.”
The organisation also wanted to improve its approach to analytics to better understand and engage with its audience.
“We’re proud to work with National Museums Liverpool as they embrace digital innovation,” stated Steve Beckett, Commercial Director of PushON.
“We’re committed to helping them use technology and data to guide its future strategies and continue growing as a leading cultural institution.”
