Hosted at headline partner KPMG‘s Leeds office on 13 November, Growth to Gold is aimed at agency leaders at ambitious digital/ tech companies looking for insights on how to scale their businesses, potential acquisitions, or simply want to understand more about the path to a potential investment.

Alex Craven, CEO at The Data City, has been at the forefront of digital innovation since founding a digital agency in 1999 and exiting in 2018. Now, as co-founder and CEO of The Data City, he continues to drive change, using machine learning to map the global economy for both the government and the private sector. Under Craven’s leadership, The Data City is revolutionising industrial classification, liberating businesses from outdated systems like SIC codes.
An active figure in the tech community, he regularly speaks at industry events, judges innovation awards, and provides advisory services as a non-executive director. As a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, he is also committed to raising awareness around neurodiversity and supporting entrepreneurship in underrepresented communities.
Chloe Hawking is CEO of UK & Ireland and president EMEA of KINESSO, IPG Mediabrands’ tech-driven performance marketing agency. As one of the largest digital agencies in the EMEA region, employing over 1,400 people, Hawking’s role is focused on ensuring KINESSO’s services are fit and future proofed to match clients’ existing and emerging needs, and that the KINESSO team is thriving.
Before her current role, she led Reprise in the UK & Ireland for two years and was tasked with driving business growth, capability, and reputation in the market. Prior to that, she was chief operating officer at PHD and deputy managing director EMEA at Omnicom’s Programmatic Division – Accuen. Her career has provided her with wide-ranging experience in leading digital marketing capabilities for clients and agencies at a local, regional, and global level.
