Helen Kruger Bratt, the Head of Production for Unscripted at Lime Pictures has been named as the new Managing Director of Monkey.
The London-based production company is part of Universal International Studios, a division of Universal Studio Group.
She’ll work alongside Creative Directors Will Macdonald and David Granger and has been asked with driving the company’s next phase of growth and overseeing its operations.
“We are in awe of Helen’s passion and the range of experience she brings and are so thrilled that she is coming to Monkey,” stated Co-founders & Creative Directors Macdonald and Granger.
“We can’t wait to work with her across our current shows and the wide-ranging ambitions we have for the business in the UK and globally.”
The former Love Island exec joined Lime Pictures in 2019, as Head of Production for Unscripted. That role has since grown to cover Wise Owl films and Lion Television. She oversaw a slate including The Only Way is Essex, Celebs Go Dating and Geordie Shore.
“I’ve had an incredible three years at Lime and Lion, and I’m so proud of the range of shows, series and formats we’ve created and delivered during this time,” she said.
“I’m thrilled to join Will, Dave and the entire team at Monkey. I am already a huge fan of Monkey’s shows and it’s really exciting to be part of the wider Universal International Studios family in launching global formats together.”
She’ll be moving to Monkey early next year.
