Mediaworks is moving its 90-strong team to a new office in The Watermark, Gateshead.
It has signed a 10 year lease on the second floor of Honeycomb, an area measuring 10,000sq ft.
The building, which also houses Tyne tees, was acquired by Jersey-Based Palladium Group in 2017. It’s invested almost £500k in refurbishing the building.
“Over the last twelve months we have seen a significant transformation take place at Honeycomb and this work has culminated in the letting to Mediaworks,” explained Jessica Ross, associate director at managing agent, Naylors.
