MediaCom North is to move to a new £10m office building in Spinningfields, with construction expected to start shortly.
It will take sole occupancy of the 5 storey, 17,000sq ft office block, which is being built by Allied London. The plot of land is on Hardman Street opposite Wagamama.
The agency has been expanding massively over the last 3 years, with staff numbers doubling to 150 and further growth expected.

We’ve got really exciting plans for the building’s interior design and can’t wait to see our vision become a reality over the coming months,” said Paul Wheeler, chief operating officer of MediaCom North.
Prolific North understands that the Spinningfields development was on a shortlist of two. The other option would have been the Orange Building at MediaCityUK, where ITV is based.
