Context PR in Cheshire has been appointed by meals.co.uk to raise its profile, ahead of its London launch.
The company was established by entrepreneur, Dotun Olowoporoku, and has been running a series of trials in Bristol.
It offers a takeaway restaurant meals service, so customers log onto the website, order a meal and meals.co.uk pick its up and delivers it.
Already backed by a number of tech angel investors and venture capitalists, one of Context’s roles will be to help attract further investment as the service goes nationwide.
Macclesfield-based Context will also be increasing awareness of the firm within the restaurant industry and amongst consumers. It plans to have 300 restaurants signed up within 12 months, with a national launch planned in 3 years.
“Meals.co.uk is an innovative and exciting concept that is targeting the quality end of the market; we believe this message will resonate strongly across the UK with both industry experts and consumers alike,” said Frank Smith, managing director of Context Public Relations
