Hot on the heels of its Leeds sister office’s IPA gold accreditation this week, McCann Manchester has once again being awarded platinum accreditation by the industry body for the its Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programme.
The recognition underscores the agency’s commitment to its teams’ wellbeing and professional development.
Awarded by the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA), the CPD Platinum Accreditation is the highest badge of honour. It is awarded to agencies that demonstrate a culture of learning, with McCann receiving the accolade for the second year running for its ongoing commitment to nurturing talent and promoting continuous training. Platinum status recognises agencies that have consistently achieved gold status at least four times over a five year period.
Louise Buchanan, talent and development director at the agency that employs over 400 across the region, said: “We are thrilled to have been recognised once again for our commitment to learning and professional development. The growth and wellbeing of our people is key to the culture at the agency with every McCanner offered 50 hours of learning annually.
“We believe our people are our greatest asset. Investing in their continuous development not only drives our success but also ensures that we deliver exceptional results for our clients, helping our people stay at the forefront of industry developments.”
The accreditation process involved a comprehensive evaluation of McCann Manchester’s strategic approach to professional development, the quality and innovation of its training programs, and the demonstrable benefits to both employees and clients.
McCann Manchester is a fully integrated marcomms agency with capabilities covering advertising, creative, social, media, research and strategy, PR and production. Clients include Aldi, Matalan and Royal London.
