Bespoke has been commissioned by Marsden Building Society for a lead generation campaign following the success of the new website delivered by the Chorley-based digital agency late last year.
Founded in 1860, the Marsden is a Lancashire-based mutual building society, employing over 100 people with branches in Barrowford, Burnley, Clitheroe, Colne, Garstang, Lytham, Nelson and Poulton.
As well as outlining the society’s mortgage and savings products, the new website focuses on the people that make up Marsden across its board and team, and also its members. The lead generation campaign from Bespoke will build upon those themes going forwards, as well as the benefits of the Society’s mutual approach.
Marsden Building Society head of brand & customer experience Rebecca Hargrave said: “We’re owned by our members and run for their benefit and not for shareholders, and the new website focuses more on this.
“It not only provides information about the products and services we offer, but also goes into more detail about our heritage, our newly launched Charitable Foundation, and the benefits of being a member of a mutual organisation.
“Working with Bespoke we hope to attract more members to the Marsden, to find out more about what we do and how we can help them save for the future and own their own home.”
Employing 12 staff in both Chorley and London, Bespoke is a lead generation specialist agency. As well as designing and building websites, the agency also delivers online campaigns through retainers to help in-house marketing teams maximise their returns from their online spend.
