Ann Steer has left Manchester-based retailer, N Brown Group.
Steer had been Chief Customer Officer and Group Marketing Director for almost 5 years. She was also made a director of subsidiary, JD Williams in 2015 and in 2018 became a director of Speciality Home Shopping (US).
Both those directorships were terminated on January 25th, according to a filing with Companies’ House.
Steer joined the company in 2007 as Head of e-Commerce and was then promoted to Head of Marketing in 2012.
Before that she spent more than 11 years at Shop Direct, rising to Head of Marketing in 2003.
This morning, N Brown’s Head of Global Comms, Ed Watson, released a statement to Prolific North:
“We thank Ann for her 11 years with N Brown, she made an incredible contribution to the organisation and we wish her every success for the future. We have a really strong team in place at N Brown and are looking forward to the next 12 months as we work to achieve our brand’s huge potential.”
