Digital marketing agency Big Brand Ideas has agreed a 10-year lease to occupy 5,200 sq ft on the top floor of 86 Princess Street in the centre of Manchester.
Redevelopment of the former textile warehouse is nearing completion and will provide: amphitheatre-style entrance, coffee shop, break-out space, two 10-person lifts, communal roof terrace, secure cycle hub, shower facilities and dedicated studio space.
The available space provides suites from 1,800 sq ft to full floors of 5,200 sq ft.
Matt Pickersgill, Office Advisory at LSH, said: “We are delighted to welcome Big Brand Ideas who will provide an excellent fit for 86 Princess Street. It has been remarkable to see the transformation over the last two years and it’s no surprise we are now seeing strong levels of interest from a variety of creative businesses.
“It’s exciting to see a community of forward-thinking businesses starting to take shape in what is a stunningly restored building.”
The building was acquired by a private investor in 2016. MC Construction is the main contractor with Atelier the heritage architect and Sheila Bird Group the designer.
