Manchester’s Acceleraate launches Zoom IntegrationHub following world-first accreditation with comms giant

Acceleraate, the Manchester-based CX technology specialist which recently became the world’s first fully accredited Zoom CX Competency Partner, has now announced the launch of its IntegrationHub for Zoom.

IntegrationHub is a secure and scalable integration platform that enables clients to unify their business applications with Zoom Contact Centre, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Virtual Agent. Supporting a variety of use cases including Ticketing, CRM, Knowledge Sync, Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), and Adoption Accelerators, IntegrationHub significantly reduces the time it takes to configure and launch third-party connectors and integrations for Zoom.

The company, which specialises in cloud contact centre, generative AI, and customer experience technologies was founded in 2022 by James Wilson, Matt Cowell, and Ben Jemison. Plans were recently announced to double headcount over the next 6 months in response to growing client demand for Zoom Contact Centre, Zoom Virtual Agent, and customer experience transformation.

“Hundreds of millions of users trust Zoom for communication and collaboration,” said Cowell. “And whilst a variety of native integrations exist for Zoom Contact Centre, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Virtual Agent, there remains a long tail of business-critical systems that clients would otherwise need to pay a System Integrator to build from scratch. With IntegrationHub we’ve already done the Zoom integration work, so that means it’s a lot quicker and more cost effective to connect our clients’ business tools to Zoom.”

Underlining the company’s focus and ambition, Acceleraate has also developed and launched a Microsoft Teams Directory application for Zoom Contact Centre and Zoom Phone. Delivered directly into the Zoom application, the directory provides Zoom users with a searchable address book of internal Microsoft Teams users, complete with contact details and live presence status.

When paired with Zoom’s flexible Direct Routing capabilities, this provides an end-to-end solution for clients that are looking to leverage Zoom Contact Centre or Zoom Phone alongside an existing Microsoft Teams deployment.

Acceleraate Co-founder Wilson added: “We chose to partner with Zoom because the pace of innovation and feature delivery is extremely impressive. Zoom has shipped over 600 new features during the last 12 months, and we are now seeing significant client benefits being realised. And with the recent release of Zoom Apps we are also now able to bring our own software development expertise to the fore, helping clients to tightly integrate their systems, delivering joined-up contact centre and customer experience solutions.”
