Manchester property tycoon Nabeel Mussarat has launched a new e-learning course, with an associated podcast to follow, to ‘share his secrets to success.’
Mussarat, who is also known professionally as Nabeel Chowdery and Nabeel Mussarat-Chowdery, has over 30 years of hands-on experience and a track record of over £5 billion in property deals across 5,000 transactions to his name. He is the founder of Altrincham’s Property Route, and brother of Manchester Property Group owner Aneel Mussarat, alongside whom he previously ran The Property Hub.
Past high-profile deals Mussarat has been involved with include the 2007 sale of Manchester’s John Dalton Street’s Island site for around £15m, the 2022 sale of Stockport’s main Tesla dealership for a claimed £1m profit following a two-year tenure and an ultimately unsuccessful 2008 attempt to take over Blackburn Rovers FC.
Mussarat says he spent 18 months planning and constructing his comprehensive, seven-module e-learning offer titled Bricks to Riches, and unambiguously subtitled ‘Guide to Become Wealthy Through Bricks.’ The result is “a transformative course aimed at guiding individuals through every aspect of property investment and operation.”
Mussarat will be also launching a podcast series featuring celebrities and property practitioners discussing their life and journeys in property.
“It’s an honour to share the knowledge and insights I’ve gained over the span of my career,” said Nabeel Mussarat. “This course is not just about theory; it’s a culmination of practical wisdom, strategies, and lessons learned from dealing with diverse properties and market scenarios. My goal is to equip individuals with the tools and knowledge needed to thrive in the property investment landscape.”
The e-learning platform is available immediately from the brickstoriches.co.uk website, offering a wealth of information and guidance to enthusiasts, novices, and seasoned investors alike. The course covers a broad spectrum of topics including property analysis, negotiation techniques, market trends, risk management, and more.
