Manchester-based software businesses Pimberly and Lokulus have become official partners in a bid to amplify their digital channels and share expertise.
The news follows a number of previous collaborations between the two firms, as both businesses work with clients across retail, insurance and financial services with their ecommerce technology solutions.
Lokulus offers digital customer service software that aims to simplify and enhance a customers’ digital experience with a brand, improve revenue, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Pimberly, which counts JD Sports and Card Factory among its clients, is a cloud-based SaaS platform that streamlines all aspects of product data and digital asset management processes for suppliers, distributors, manufacturers and retailers.
The partnership will allow each business to share knowledge between teams to enhance their individual products and add value to their roster of clients.
