TickX has this morning announced a partnership with the world’s oldest theatre publication, The Stage.
The move will see a TickX widget integrated onto The Stage website, displaying ticket availability and price comparisons.
‘We’re delighted to enter into this partnership with The Stage, one of the most influential brands in the world of theatre. This collaboration will enable us to instantly connect millions of theatre fans with an array of ticket sellers and venues throughout the country,” said Steve Pearce, co-founder and CEO of Tickx.
“The project has tremendous potential and we are excited to be promoting our West End ticketing partners and regional venues alike. We look forward to growing this relationship and will continue to drive ticket sales for the world of performing arts.”
The search engine and discovery platform will pull results from more than 75 ticket-selling sites, including ATG, London Theatre Direct, See Tickets and The Stage’s own ticketing offering.
“The Stage prides itself on its depth and breadth of reviewing across the UK. We’re delighted to partner with TickX to make our reviews even more valuable to our readers,” added Simon Hassell, commercial director at The Stage.
