Swiss cycling brand, ASSOS, has awarded its global ecommerce contract to Serotonin, following a worldwide pitch process.
The Manchester agency will manage, strategise and deliver all of ASSOS’ paid media activity, including search, social and third party activity across programmatic channels.
The contract will cover all of the cycling brand’s 12 markets, including US, UK, Italy, Australia, Spain, France, Germany, Switzerland, Benelux and Austria.
“Serotonin’s knowledge of digital platforms and multi-channel ecommerce strategies, alongside their understanding of our brand, really impressed during the pitch process. They were in tune with our need to have a bespoke service and demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile,” said ASSOS’ Marketing Director, Bill Fraser.
