Manchester agency unveils new Chester Zoo website

CTI Digital has announced launch of the new Chester Zoo website.

This has been a pivotal project in expanding the renowned conservation entity’s online presence and moving forward with its digital transformation ambitions. The new site is the latest in a series of partnership activities with Chester Zoo that leverages CTI Digital’s expertise in UX and Umbraco Headless web builds.

Chester Zoo is the UK’s favourite zoo as well as an international conservation charity, that prides itself on its global conservation work and impact on education, welcoming more than 2m visitors every year, and working with 130,000 school children. Chester Zoo’s new rebrand, through How&How, is showcased using CTI Digital’s expertise in UX and integrated web builds. The website aims to modernise, engage, educate and delight visitors with a seamless digital experience.

The project is a cornerstone of a strategic partnership between Chester Zoo and CTI Digital that emphasises modernisation and enhanced user engagement. Built on a foundation of user discovery and journey mapping, this project focused on reducing digital silos and maximising online presence for easy discoverability.
