Manchester marketing and PR agency Purple Riot has been appointed by Bang On, a female-founded sexual wellness brand, to deliver a brand strategy.
The agency launched a brand refresh, photography, content, PR and social media strategy for the brand last week and has now been appointed on a retained basis to drive national PR coverage and influencer engagement.
Bang On was created by a Lancashire-based manufacturing business, who initially created the products after its CEO Jody Bullough received a breast cancer diagnosis.
She was unable to find anything suitable in the UK that could help her have comfortable intercourse during treatment.
Nikki Kitchen, Founder and Managing Director at Purple Riot, said: “Jody has such an inspiring story and we’re thrilled [to] help the brand launch in the UK and be a part of its journey to help others.
“It’s an incredible win for the team and builds on our existing lifestyle credentials.”
Jody Bullough, Founder of Bang On, added: “We loved the creativity and ideas presented to us by Purple Riot and felt they really understood the company vision. We’re excited to see our brand come to life and make a bang!”
