Manchester digital design studio magneticNorth is to merge with London ‘innovation consultancy’ Fluxx.
magneticNorth, which has previously partnered alongside Fluxx, says the merger will create an independently owned ‘innovation powerhouse’ and a larger geographical footprint.
magneticNorth’s Founder, Lou Cordwell OBE (pictured) said: “In taking this step, we’ll provide an improved service to our existing clients and we’re already working on significant new opportunities already – where our combined capabilities and experience can deliver more ambitious, more creative and more innovative projects with new clients.”
The deal comes almost two years after Fluxx successfully acquired London-based Albion Brand Communications, best known for its creative digital marketing.
