IT infrastructure and managed services specialist ANS Group has struck a £1m deal with M247 which will see M247 provide data centre accommodation and additional high capacity network services to ANS.
ANS Group, established in 1996 is headquartered in Manchester with additional offices in London. The company claims to have current annual sales of over £47m.
ANS is taking a colocation ‘cage’ within M247’s newest Trafford Park data centre in addition to a range of high-capacity optical connectivity services.
These will link into the existing ANS Cloud backbone.
M247 operates two data centres in Manchester.
The company is also headquartered in Manchester and has a further regional centre in Kidderminster in the Midlands. Its business is the provision of internet infrastructure and related ICT services. The company does not disclose its sales but its latest filed accounts for the year to April 2012 reveal shareholder funds of £1.8m suggesting a profit for the year of circa £700k.
