Luxury lingerie specialist hires Wolfenden to assist with EU expansion

Wolfenden and Bordelle have teamed up

High-end, bondage-inspired, lingerie and bodywear brand Bordelle has appointed Leeds digital marketer agency Wolfenden to support its international audience expansion.

Wolfenden’s role will include a paid media strategy spanning PPC and social advertising, and its appointment coincides with the launch of a new EU logistics hub and EU-targeted website for the London-founded brand as it seeks to increase its presence on the continent. Wolfenden’s migration support and paid media activity will help to further raise brand awareness and reach relevant customers in key territories.

Launched in Selfridges, London in 2009, Bordelle has earned a reputation in the lingerie market for pushing boundaries with innovative and ground-breaking design, and is now available in 25 countries worldwide.

Following the opening of its own European production facility, Atelier Bordelle Productions, in Cluj, Romania, the company has since expanded to include European warehouse and logistics facilities to complete the vertical integration from design concept to delivery. This allowed the brand to offer significantly reduced shipping costs and duty-free shopping for its EU customers post-Brexit, with the launch of a new EU-dedicated website improving the customer experience.
