The story showcases Boohoo-owned Debenhams.com as the ultimate antidote to typical festive shopping chaos. The advert is a cure to the season’s stresses and is celebrated through the eyes of an ensemble cast, as they browse, click and shop the Debenhams marketplace.

Softly satirising the festive frenzy with a mischievous wink and nod, the campaign is designed to get people pondering why they’re still battling crowds instead of shopping from the comfort of their sofas.

Starring British cultural icons, actress Elizabeth Hurley, model and TV host Leomie Anderson, comedian Ellie Taylor and model/presenter Hannah Cooper-Dommett, the Debenhams Christmas cast brings seasonal sparkle and light-hearted sass to the screen.

Set against dreary and rainy skies, each vignette captures a relatable Christmas shopping dilemma. Our stylish icons respond with a playful quip – affectionately mocking the festive madness with an elegant yet obvious solution: ‘Duh, Debenhams.’

Styled to showcase Debenhams’ fashion, beauty and home collections, the cast are set in a glamorous world of ‘festive zen’ – inspiring shoppers to opt out of the holiday hassle to conquer all their gifting needs.

The campaign soundtrack is a reimagined rendition of the classic ‘Carol of the Bells,’ with a fresh spin on the festive favourite blending memorable carol notes with the campaign’s playful expression, ‘Duh.’
