Leith continues to push creative boundaries with the appointment of Debbie Morgan as head of art, reinforcing the agency’s commitment to bold and innovative ideas.
This move reflects Leith’s ongoing momentum in the creative industry as it expands both its client base and its artistic vision. The position has been reintroduced to reflect Morgan’s stunning work and collaborative skills at the agency, bringing in an array of stellar new clients across 2024, including Luton Airport Express, Mr Vegas, ABPI, and Lovehoney.
Debbie joined Leith in 2021 from Edinburgh-based agency PUNK Creative, where she held the same role. Having only joined the advertising industry in 2018 at the age of 30, Debbie is a staunch advocate for offering opportunities to creatives from non-traditional backgrounds and is a founding member of Leith’s Mental Health First Aiders, helping to provide mental health support for any colleagues who need it.
She will report directly to Phil Evans and Troy Farnworth (ECDs). Farnworth said: “Since joining Leith, Debbie has gone from strength to strength, playing a key role in elevating the craft of the agency. With her deep curiosity for culture and tech, we’re excited to see her talents making an impact across all our clients.”
Morgan added: “I am hoping to nurture and support upcoming talent with Leith, as well as enthusing and inspiring others in the agency. As someone from a non-traditional advertising background, I’m looking forward to welcoming and embracing new ways of visual thinking and working as we continue to ride the wave of an ever-changing media landscape. From traditional comms to new brand worlds.”
