Toast PR has won national and international contracts for leisure companies, Clip ’n Climb and Ultimate Recreation.

Clip ’n Climb, which has its head office in the French Alps, has 250 climbing activity centres around the world.

The Manchester agency will be working with the company on a piece of international research, exploring activity levels in children and teenagers. It will also be promoting a new scoring system to help climbers track their height and speed. Toast’s brief cover media relations, influencer outreach, blog content and social media management.

“Quality and innovation is central to our business and so we needed to find a partner to communicate this with creativity and confidence. The team at Toast is already delivering outstanding results and we are really pleased to be working with them across B2B, consumer and trade campaigns,” said Tiphaine Lazard, Leisure Product Manager at Clip ‘n Climb.

Ultimate Recreation is the parent company of Apocalypse Events, Bunker 51, Star Command Laser Tag and Trapped Escape Rooms.

Toast will be working to raise awareness of activities available at the venues. As well as media relations and working with tourism organisations, it will also create blog content.

“We’re delighted to be working with Clip ‘n Climb and Ultimate Recreation – both of which share our ‘work hard, play hard’ philosophy and approach. Leisure activity outside the home and new experiences have never been as popular, particularly among millennials so it’s a great time to be communicating what both these brands have on offer,” added Julia Mitchell, Managing Director at Toast PR.
