South Manchester agency mmadigital – which specialises in legal marketing – has moved to new premises in Didsbury to accommodate its growing team after promotions and recruitment.
It has grown its headcount by 80% following a surge in enquiries to the agency, expanding from 25 to 45 employees across digital, marketing and call handling departments. As the team grows and individuals return to the office after lockdown, mmadigital has relocated to a new 3,000 square-foot space in Ballbrook Avenue, Didsbury.
Its growth combines new recruits, including 10 additions to the call centre team, as well as internal promotions including Jonathan Corris, now Senior Marketing Manager, and Emily Ashley-West to Contact Centre Manager.
Simultaneously, mmadigital has brought on-board two new directors – Mark Blundell as Director of Operations and Kyle Stubbs as Head of Business Development – to support its growth strategy.
Dez Derry (pictured), CEO of mmadigital, said: “The industry was hit hard by the pandemic so to bounce back like this is testament to our dedicated team, who have worked tirelessly throughout. We’re now in a strong position and are delighted to welcome Mark and Kyle to our growing team of legal marketing specialists as we aim to be the go-to company for solicitors seeking high quality work to support their practices.
“Investing in people and technology is what we will continue to do and it’s a winning formula for us. We’re positive for the future of the business following the move and expansion as we return to normality.”
