Mobile phone retailer, Fonehouse, has completed a competitive pitch process for its digital PR and SEO account.
It has appointed Leeds-based Wolfenden as it seeks to increase traffic and revenue.
“Choosing Wolfenden as our strategic organic partner is an integral part of a bigger, long-term plan to elevate the Fonehouse brand and future-proof our online performance, helping us to reach and retain a wider customer base,” explained Ben Branson, CEO, at Fonehouse.
“We wanted to collaborate with an agency with proven experience in influencing business growth as well as a team that we felt culturally aligned with our own, and that’s what we found with Wolfenden. Their honest, transparent and action-focused approach really resonated with us and we’re excited about where this partnership can take our brand in the near future.”
The agency will use digital PR to boost brand awareness and reputation.
“Our sweet spot has always been in supporting actual business growth of ambitious businesses, and so the brief from Fonehouse immediately piqued our interest,” added Wolfenden’s Managing Director, Daisy Wolfenden.
“The brand works in an incredibly competitive market where mobile phone deals are often heavily researched, so our strategy is to increase the visibility of Fonehouse across every stage of the customer journey, with robust tracking and analysis in place to attribute performance back to the brand’s wider business growth goals. We’re already really enjoying working together and we’re confident this is the start of a successful partnership.”
