Journey Further has reported a 95% growth, with revenues hitting £9.2m in its fifth year of trading.
The agency, which is based in Leeds, with offices in Manchester and London also increased its headcount form 80 to 155 staff over the last financial year.
Robin Skidmore, Global CEO at Journey Further said he had targeted £14.5m in revenue for the next financial year, ahead of his move to America to lead its US launch:
“We have far exceeded the targets I set for Journey Further when we launched 5 years ago. Most importantly we’ve managed to achieve rapid growth while creating one of the best businesses to work for in the UK.
“The focus last year was on building the senior leadership team we required to scale without compromising our reputation or quality of work. With that team now in place, I can focus on launching our Clarity at Speed proposition stateside, where I’ll be relocating to in the spring.”
The agency won new clients including Virgin Money, Casio and Lucky Saint.
