Leeds-based B2B technology PR agency iseepr has announced a new management structure to support its ambitious growth plans.
The agency’s CEO, Lee’ann Kaufman, will head up a newly created leadership team which will be responsible for driving the growth of the company.
She will be joined by three existing iseepr directors, who have all been promoted to new senior roles and who will each head up a core business function. Sarah Jones becomes iseepr’s first Chief Operating Officer; Paul Rogers becomes the agency’s Knowledge Director and Rob Peryer will explore service expansion as Innovation Director.
A business management team has also been created to support agency operations. Key roles in the team are held by Kirsty Blackburn as Head of Client Operations; Joanne Whitehead as Head of Finance and David Amos has been promoted to Head of External Engagement.
The agency said it plans to double in size in the next three years by broadening the services it offers, which follows the agency’s reported FY2021-22 turnover of more than £2.2 million, reflecting 50% growth across the past two years.
