The Lead Agency in Liverpool continues its expansion, with two further appointments.
Patsy Mawdsley has been named head of contact centre. She joins from service provider, Arvato, which is part of the Bertelsmann Group. Mawdsley was working in its BMW team in Slough and will now be responsible for a team of 40.
Mawdsley will report directly to new automotive managing director, Tom White.
Meanwhile, former Betfred data protection officer, Kathy Fleming has been named as compliance manager. She will be overseeing data and finance and ensuring the firm meets the new GDPR laws.
The Lead Agency now employs 100 staff across its bases in Liverpool, London and the United States.
