The Nostalgia-focused evening event is the first chance for senior marketing professionals to engage with the soon-to-be-published whitepaper by YouGov and the7stars.

It’s an opportunity to enjoy drinks and canapés with figures from Manchester’s marketing scene, while discussing the findings of the paper, which will explore why and how brands and agencies have used nostalgia in various campaigns.

As Director of Sales for Anchor Hanover Group, Phillip has been involved in over 4,500 Retirement Property sales, including the two largest retirement developments ever built in England, and knows the value of nostalgic advertising aimed a targeted audience.

Phillip said: “It’s great to be involved in the event. We have successfully used nostalgia-led advertising in our recent property promotions and our target audience have responded well. In a media world obsessed with where we are going, it’s great to remember where we have been.”

The findings of the soon-to-be-released whitepaper about the use of nostalgia in marketing campaigns, a collaboration between YouGov and the7stars, the UK’s largest independent media agency, will be discussed by the panel in a relaxed open conversation that involves attendees.
