Lancashire agency hits the big three-zero

Strategic marketing agency, ICG is celebrating 30 years in business.

The Lancashire agency has launched 12 months of celebrations, starting with a new website and 30th birthday party for staff, family and friends.

Three decades after it first began in 1994, its team of 22 supports more than 80 clients across the UK and Europe.

Simon Couchman, managing director of ICG, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be celebrating 30 years of ICG – it reflects the incredible hard work of all our teams both past and present. During the last 30 years we’ve witnessed incredible changes in our sector and it’s fair to say that you can never rest on your laurels.

“We compete with many of the larger city agencies and are extremely proud of our work and our long-standing client partnerships. Back in 1994 everything was in print and the fax machine was still king. Today it’s all about influencers, Google Analytics and stopping the scroll.  Here’s to the next 30 years!”

Birthday celebrations during the next 12 months include a 1994 Fancy Dress Day and a new event – the ICG awards, called the Barnies.
