Manchester server, storage and networking specialist King of Servers has acquired Think4 IT Solutions to create a new company called Evaris.
The two firms are worth £10m in combined sales and the deal has already brought new jobs to the region. Evaris will deliver business transformation to firms of all sizes in the North West and nationally, by offering extensive managed IT support alongside a full suite of IT solutions.
These will include cloud and managed services, disaster recovery, procurement, data centre infrastructure, networking, security and support through on-premises, cloud and hybrid services.
Evaris will be based in Heywood, Greater Manchester, where Think4 IT Solutions is already based. There will be an expanded office space to accommodate the combined workforce of the two businesses and to allow for further growth in 2019.

Partner relationships include Microsoft and Dell EMC plus many other leading brands. Evaris will launch with a new video-rich website that allows visitors to purchase products directly and offer a suite of resources and information for business owners and IT professionals.
The company also plans to host events in the North West in 2019 to help educate organisations in the complexities involved with technology in the workplace.
