CreateFuture has named Emma Nicol as its new Chief Operating Officer.
Nicol joins from Kin+Carta, where she was its European COO, before that she held senior roles at AmazeRealise and Tequila\London.
She’s been brought into the agency to “drive operational excellence and support strategic growth initiatives.”

The digital consultancy, previously known as xDesign, is based in Edinburgh, with offices in Manchester, Leeds and London.
