Mando has been appointed by charity The Joseph Rowntree Foundation and The Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust.
The Liverpool agency will create an intranet system for the company’s 750 staff across Yorkshire and the North East.
“As an organisation we’ve a real focus on staff engagement and a commitment to ensuring we include the entire workforce digitally. It was Mando’s emphasis on the importance of user experience and support during rollout that really struck a chord when we were selecting a development partner,” said Jamie Greaves, head of IT & information services at JRF/JRHT.
“We’re looking forward to working with Mando over the coming months and hope that the relationships we’re building now will see us through future developments as our intranet matures.”
Up until now, staff haven’t had any mobile access to the intranet, this will change with an “any-time, anywhere approach”.
“We’re delighted to be working with JRF/JRHT on this valuable project. We know that this will make a huge difference to their team and their ways of working. We hope this will be the beginning of a long-standing partnership,” added Ian Finch, managing director at Mando.
The intranet is due for completion in January 2017.
