John Lewis Partnership promotes Nicolaides

Andreas Nicolaides has confirmed that he’s been promoted to the new role of Director of Trade and Channels Marketing at John Lewis Partnership.

He joined the retailer last year to lead up a newly created customer planning team.

He’ll now be responsible for Media Planning, Customer Planning, Marketing Channels (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Programmatic, Social, CRM, Local Marketing) and Category Marketing at John Lewis Partnership. 

Prior to John Lewis, he spent 4 years at N Brown Group as Group Marketing Director and later General Manager of its Simply Be Brand. He’s also held senior roles at iProspect in Manchester and MBNA and Moneysupermarket in Chester.

Earlier this year, he was named as one of Prolific North’s top brand marketers.

Yesterday John Lewis launched its new campaign, marking the return of its brand promise – Never Knowingly Undersold – which was first introduced in 1925.

Created by Saatchi & Saatchi, it used its Oxford Street store window to show how Britain and John Lewis have changed over those 100 years.
