Agent has promoted Jeanette Gill to the role of managing director.
Formerly operations director, Gill has played a pivotal role in the company’s year-on-year growth over the last 11 years of its soon-to-be 18-year life.
Gill will work alongside Agent’s CEO & Founder, Paul Corcoran, to co-develop and roll-out the firm’s new business plan, whilst solidifying its position as a leading integrated agency in the North.
Her core focus will be ensuring the agency continues to attract and retain the best talent, while reflecting the needs of clients and sectors that align with its ‘good growth’ ethos.
The promotion comes at a crucial time with Agent on the road towards B Corp certification, cementing its ongoing dedication to being a socially responsible and environmentally conscious business.
Gill will continue to serve as a director of Agent’s award-winning social enterprise, Agent Academy, showcasing her commitment to attracting diverse talent into the industry.
