Jaywing and Dead Pixel team up for Randstad campaign

Randstad, the world’s largest recruitment specialist, has launched a new campaign with Jaywing which will play across Sky Adsmart, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and other media internationally.

A 60-second “hero” film highlights how Randstad sees the possibilities in all candidates and in doing so is well-placed to support the businesses and people it serves.

The campaign focuses on recruiting into four dynamic and expanding employment sectors – construction, care, technology and education, with 15-second sector-specific edits, paid media edits and multiple paid media video assets for YouTube and social. Jaywing has applied data insights to maximise ad performance for Randstad, raising brand awareness and supporting growth goals in the U.K. Manchester’s Dead Pixel supported Jaywing in the making of the film.

Karl Stones, executive creative director at Jaywing, said: “Randstad initially approached Jaywing with the idea to create a 60-second brand film that brought their brand proposition to life for candidates. Our concept in response was to dramatise the moment of everything coming together for four new recruits.”
